NGMN Recommendation on SON and O&M Requirements

In the Deliverable “Use Cases Related to Self Organising Network“, NGMN outlines the SON use cases which are foreseen by operators. The main purpose of this document is to provide vendors with operator recommendations and guidelines on requirements for implementation of solutions to support SON use cases in future.
