We were excited to be part of the “Third Post Quantum Network” Seminar at #MWC24. Our CEO Anita Döhler shared NGMN´s view and recommendations on “Quantum Safe future networks”.

High level requirements and consideration for quantum security were always part of NGMN’s guidance:

NGMN’s 6G publication “𝟲𝗚 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀” captures considerations at the design level.
NGMN’s “𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼: 𝗔𝗻 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄” includes the need for protection of O-RAN networks from cryptographic attacks and security of cloud infrastructure.
