The NGMN Office Team facilitates collaboration among its Partners and the telecommunications industry, manages the Work Programme, and ensures the achievement of the overall vision and objectives.
The Office Team is responsible for:
- NGMN Work Programme aligned with Strategic Focus Topics
- Project management and decision processes within Focus Groups and Committees
- Public Relations and Corporate Communications
- Organization of internal and external events and conferences
- All administrative, financial, and legal aspects of NGMN Alliance e.V.
