Frank is a well-experienced outside counsel with almost 30 years of profession as inhouse lawyer in the telecommunications industry. He left the business as General Counsel and Compliance Officer of an operator-driven joint venture mid of 2022 to face new challenges as an independent legal consultant.

• Legal support to the establishment of NGMN
• Legal support to AGM, Board, Forum, projects and processes
• Legal support to contracts and agreements
• Legal support in competition issues and IPR
• Audit, taxation and invoicing
