Sparsh is a passionate professional with more than 17 years of experience in the telecoms (2G to 5G) and ICT industry. He has been instrumental in transforming MS and Telco tool applications and platforms with CI/CD and exploring AI/ML use cases. He has held positions at corporations such as Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Accenture and Rakuten Symphony. He has served companies in various roles as SME, Team Lead, Portfolio Mgt, Programme, Management Consultant, Network Specialist etc.
Recent assignments – Launched Germany’s first and world’s second successful O-RAN on open network, unleashing a vendor agnostic network that is unique in its kind. Contribution to this journey as consultant for process frameworks and supply chain of logistics and inventory, management of network rollout – DC, CU/DU, Edge-DC. Network testing at Prod.
Sparsh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and an MBA in Sales and Marketing.
