Klaus Moschner was born in Germany and holds a University degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University Darmstadt in Germany. In 2000, he started working at Motorola in the UMTS network division. He first took responsibility for RF planning, pre-sales support in Germany, and, based in UK, for new product introduction of UMTS RAN and Core technologies to European operators. In 2004, he joined Motorola’s Customer Support Management being in charge of software upgrades, issue handling and escalation management. Klaus Moschner got certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) with PMI. He joined NGMN in September 2011. Responsibilities within NGMN:

  • Management of projects, work streams, and information exchange
  • Supporting management committees (Board, NGMN Forum, Working Groups)
  • Representation of NGMN at international industry events and public communication measures
  • Information exchange with Cooperation Partners
  • Managing the programme of NGMN conferences & exhibitions
  • Supervising the IT, DMS and Website environment (performance, content, newsletters)
