NGMN Request for Information on LTE Patent Pool Administration

NGMN Alliance has announced a Request for Information on LTE Patent Pool Administrators to gather information on potential LTE patent pools for NGMN partners. The RFI on LTE Patent Pool Administration together with the Rules on the RFI Process and Sessions are available for download for all prospective patent pool administrators, that have or have not yet issued a call for LTE patents:

Guiding Rules on NGMN RFI Process & Sessions in Vienna

All prospective patent pool administrators are invited to participate in the NGMN RFI.

After receipt of responses, each prospective patent pool administrator answering the RFI will also be invited to present its envisaged role in the LTE eco-system to NGMN partner representatives from 14th – 15th October in Vienna, Austria.
