WORK PROGRAMME
Scope
To implement the NGMN vision and accomplish the overall objectives of NGMN, a comprehensive Work Programme has been set up within the NGMN Alliance. The NGMN Work Programme covers key aspects that need to be addressed in order to develop a fertile next-generation mobile broadband ecosystem.
Objectives
The main objectives of the NGMN Work Programme are:
- to establish clear functional and non functional requirements,
- to lay out scenarios for effective spectrum utilisation,
- to ensure feasibility of technology by active coordination of trials,
- to provide input to standards development organisations,
- to identify and removes barriers to successful implementation of attractive services,
- to develop use cases and guidelines for operational efficiency improvements.
